Mission

Brewer Harris Projects is a dynamic platform for showcasing and supporting contemporary local, national and international artists, with a central focus on amplifying BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and women artists, providing a gallery and artist project space rich in dialogue and inspiration. In addition to our exhibitions, our robust programming and community events create opportunities where art lovers and the general public can engage with artists, enhancing the cultural landscape and artistic enrichment of Syracuse, Central New York and beyond. Founded in 2024, the gallery is named in honor of the matriarchs in Miesha Shih’s family, all of whom lived creatively and abundantly.
